CM Prep offers full-time enrollment for students in grades K–12.

Yes. We provide textbooks and instructional materials needed to complete the program. These books and materials depend on the student’s grade level and the courses they’re enrolled in. High school students receive fewer books and materials than elementary and middle school students.

While all grades have minimum progress and pacing requirements, some advancement and flexible pacing options exist.

In the younger grades, many of the online lessons include offline work. Elementary students spend about 50–60% of their time online. Screen time increases in middle school, and by high school, most of the school day is online.

The beauty of our program is that it is flexible enough to meet children where they are in any given subject and take them where they want to go. Grade placement assessments, completed as part of the enrollment process, allow us to place your student in the appropriate level of curriculum.

There are no home visits as part of the program and no other intrusions into your home. This school was created to help your child obtain a first-class education and serve your family’s needs. If you ever feel it is not right for your family or child, you can withdraw at any time.

At Coast to Mountains Preparatory Academy (CM Prep), we strive to personalize the student learning experience by offering opportunities to attend in-person sessions at our Apex location in North Carolina. We will continue to evaluate additional site locations for in-person instruction opportunities as interest grows among our school community.
